「ピアノを軸に家を考える」コンセプトから始まった一邸
細長く南接道の敷地に建つ、ご夫婦ふたりのための住まい。前面道路は狭く、周囲には建物が密集する環境でしたが、日当たりの良さを活かしつつ、視線や圧迫感を感じさせない住まいを目指しました。音大出身の奥さまが「ピアノと共に暮らしたい」という長年の夢を叶えるため、ピアノをただ置くだけでなく、空間に溶け込ませ、暮らしの中心に据えた設計に。玄関土間の奥行きや南からの光を活かした視線の抜けが、精神的なゆとりを生み出します。
光をたどって上がる階段の先には2階リビング。途中には奥さまお気に入りのピアノが置かれ、まるでステージのような演奏空間に。住まう人の想いを尊重し、日々の暮らしの中で価値が深まる住まいとなりました。
